Scwafish's (Sean White's) raised flares were done by Tim Hardy. I've seen it in person and t looks really nice, it's how Suzuki should have done them from the factory. It is a lot of work to make it look right, though. He can fill you in on the details.

I had Hardy do my fenders, and it does make a LOT of room. With a basic CJ/YJ spoa Ive got miles of room with 35s, I could run 37s if I wanted to. It has allowed me to make my rig low and wide, I wanted to be able to lean it over. I have a write-up of how he does it on the zuk page at Offroad.com see the section called "virtual lift".

Oh, one other thing...I'd only bother with the rear and tube the front which is how mine is now. Even more room and less tin.

I'm doing this mod right now and it is a pain in the ass! Don't try it if you don't have any patience, I was running low for a bit! LOL but it's coming together. If you do try it and do not want to tube the front, start with the front, cause you can always buy new fenders! plus you'll get two try's to get it right and look good before you start the rear.

I have toy axles and 2" backspaced rims with 37 boggers and my tires are almost completely outside of the wheelwells

I've done my own like tims. It was the hardest project that I have done on the zuk. if you do it, do the passenger side first front or rear because of the battery box and the fuel filler!
