I found a guy selling an axle out of the rear of an 86 Chevrolet 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive truck. He says that it is the Heavy Duty axle, which I believe was in the 1 tons. Can anyone tell me which axle this really is? Is it a D60? Thanks for any help.

I think both the 3/4 and 1 ton both had the 14 bolt in that year, I think it's a semi-floater

Worth anything?

The semi floaters have a 9.5 in ring compared to the 10.5 in the ff and the semi floater still have c clips. Some 3/4 ton sf were 6 lug and those I've seen for sale for 500-800 dollars. I would just keep looking for a 14 bolt ff.
