looking to convert my 2wd 84 720 to 4wd. i would love to go full width for stability, but i think toy axles with bs rims would be fairly wide. i also need to know what tcase to use. i new a guy who used a divorced 205 and was running a 44 and a 9". but if i run yoter axles what would i run as far as a tcase? maybe a Sammi case? Any comments are welcome. im kind of up in the air right now as to what im gonna run. thanks in advance.

i would run the yota stuff myself. your truck is divorced case stock, right? .(edit,i see now you are 2wd now, answer still the same) go with dual yota cases, divorced.

dude! where can i score one of those adapters. i didnt think they made anything like that. i originally wanted to use a yota case but i looked around and didnt find anything. I want that thing, that would be perfect cause i already have a 89 toy rear. lemme know as much as possible or send me a link. Thanks a lot!!!

the full width are nice. you can see what my HB looks like on my website. use the dual toy cases, that would rock. or you can go with a 720 case since they are divorced. that's what i'm running in mine for my dual case set up.

i say full with.
i put full with in mine and i love it, i never have a problem going where i want and i dont worry about rolling.
i also say run the toy cases i personaly am not going to run them, but i think that is a better setup.

If you go with the toy axles they will fit pretty good under the 720 and you will have a big selection of R&Ps and lockers to choose from that are really cheap. I've been toying with the idea of SASing my 83.5 720 and using toy axles. As for the t-case, you can't go wrong with even 1 toy, if you don't do a dual, just put in 4:1 gears and you'll crawl over anything.
