does anyone know if any chevy 60 front ends with kingping knuckles came stock with 35spline stub shafts?
if so, what years can these be found in?
someone correct me if im wrong, but i should be able to bolt the chevy knuckles to a ford hp60 housing that uses kingpins right?

Yes, you can bolt Chevy outers to Ford inners as long as they are both the king in design.

I'm not sure about the 35 spline question. Some people say that the military d60 front chevies came with 35 spline outers, but others disagree. Personally, I don't think that any ever came stock with the 35 spline outers, but I could be wrong.

Exactly. That's why I think that the stock 35 spline stub in a d60 front is a myth.

what would be the easiet way to shoehorn 35spliners in there?

The 35 spline outers are super simple. Just change them with your 30's and get some 35 spline hubs and you are done. I think offroad design sells the outers if you need them.
