6 hours per night, one every 10 min.= 36 so about 1 1/2 cases.. a night for a couple nights...

I can't complain of needing more time with the boys. Since she lives 2 hours away from me, I don't get much time with her. And we were talking about going to Vegas that weekend, too. She just started a new job, so I'll have to see if she can get the time off.

But it would be cool to see everybody again. Maybe this time I won't have the flu, and I'll feel like having some :beer:

Not sure, the Hammers are about 20 miles out side of Apple Valley.

It takes 5-6 hours from Phoenix. When I go this time, I think I will try and set a new record though.:D

I'm hoping to have the D90 ready for that soon. What's the set-up down there for camping and everything? I've never been there so I'm not sure what's up. Anyone want to meet up to caravan down there on Friday afternoon? How long is the drive from I-80?

Johnson Valley is about 5 1/2 hrs. fron Phoenix. Looks like we will be leaving Early a.m. on the 18th if you want to tag along.

"Directions to the hammers:
The hammers are on HWY 247, between Lucerne Valley and Yucca Valley in beautiful Johnson Valley ca.
From Lucerne Valley, it is approx. 20 miles to the turn off. The turn off is called BOONE RD. It sneakes up on you so when you see the red "Welcome to Johnson Valley" sign, it is exactly a mile after that. Coming from Yucca Valley, the sign will be right after a left hand, down hill sweeping turn. Here is the sign You will be looking for. It is on the right side of the road coming from Lucerne Valley and on the Left coming from Yucca Valley.
After you turn on Boone rd. (Yo will be going North) follow it approx. 3 miles to the dry lake bed. OH YA, you will come to kinda of a road crossing. If you get confused, go left. It is pretty well marked, just follow the tracks.If you e-mail Chris Geiger from All-Pro off road, he has the GPS coordinates."
