I read this and didn't know anything about it... first of all where is it located - you might try that states 4 wheel drive association, and/or Blue Ribbon Coalition and United Four Wheel Drive Ass.

theyve had the land for a year or so, we asked the ranger about it and he said its probly never gonna happen. YellowSub= its in nor cal in livermore/tracy
