At hiway speed my 2f spews blk smoke under load eg. going up hill or stomping on it . I've checked the timing and the plugs .

If its black smoke that means its gas,your getting to much gas into the engine and its not able to burn it all up, Most likely your carb just needs to be adjusted right.
