I'd check the *bearing* part numbers to be sure, but they should ALL swap. I know the D50TTB and D60 wheel bearing p/ns start to wander when you get into the early 80s and mid-late 90s, but they're all supposed to be the same. Me? I'm running a 78 hub and a 90+ hub on a 87 DRW D60.
