Ladies and Gents, I will be putting a front Scout D44in my Scrambler project, SOA with the knuckles twisted for proper caster, and also have an '86 Blazer for plowing. I am wondering if I could put the outer knuckles and all that is connected on the D44. I have heard somewhere that D44s and 10 bolts have some same specs. I am looking to get the internal hubs on the Scrambler as cheaply as possible. Thanks.

Yes you can and end up with a stronger stub axle when you do to boot.

Thanks, I thought that would be the case. I don't really need too much strength in the plow truck so the Scout outers will be fine. Any idea if they take the same ball joints or not-I assume they do.

Yes they use the same ball joints. If you put the Chevy stuff on you will need to swap the stub axles because they will be to short and the wrong spline.
