Did you braked the pads in before you went driving normaly.To brake in new pads you go out and do some easy stops first then hard stops 4or 5 times.It sounds to me that you have burnt your new pads take them out and give them a bit of a grind to remove the surface put them back in & brake them in hope this helps

yeah, i did some (10 or so) easy stops before driving normal on the pads, and a few harder stops..im gonna get some anti squeek stuff and put those shims in between the pad and caliper..thanks though
