EPA SAYS IT WILL EXTEND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR OHV EMISSION
REGULATIONS UNTIL JANUARY 18, 2001

It looks like your letters asking the EPA to use good science and data
before
promulgating new OHV emission regulations has paid off.

According to EPA sources, the notice to extend the deadline was signed
on 12/11/01 and will be published in the Federal Register early next week.
