give me one week i'll produce it for you- it will look real similar to the atlas- i certainly hope you have or plan on running the 231 hd short shaft kit-jess
wow.....that looks sick real nice ,yes i have a slip yoke eliminator but wouldnt that type of system disable my rear discs that is like a monster truck braking system let me know what you think or shoot me your number ill give you a call. beautiful set-up see i have the discs on and everything and the braking is great i just need some stle of e-brake as my jeep is a 5 speed and i would love to put in an atlas but i the money situation will not let me i rather slap in a 4.7 HO or a 5.9 before a t-case....

it is actaully an e-brake system - you either have to run 1330 (3/4 ton ) or 1350 (one ton) c/v off this set up to make it work becuase the rotor bolts to the back side of the flange we make- 530-877-2875 High Angle Driveline m-fri- 8:15 -5 pm pacific time- or check out our web site at highangledriveline.com or click below- Thanks Jess

dont get me wrong that is an awsome setup but I would just go with a line lock. Much cheaper, easy to install, and very effective.

line locks are no secret - if you want to retain a machanical system the calipers for that are just a pain! Jess

call Currie, or use discs form the rear of a late model exploder. they have the e-brake built in as a drum under the hat of the rotor. the currie kit(last I looked) was like $350.
hey guys thanks alot i will look into it for sure i appreciate it again...tj-7

shawn, I did the TSM brake conversion on my 9". I snagged rear calipers from an 84 El Dorado for cores and got brand new calipers from Auto Zone for $39 a piece ($80 core). Ebrake works great now. With the 35s, it stops on a dime. Wife is sick of me doing that last minute panic stops just to show off. People think i'm weird.

I have Ford Explorer disks on the rear. Its a pretty simple set up, easy to make work, just a little drum brake inside the rotor.
Beware of the wet and cold. I had to do a deep water crossing in sub zero temps during a run, and the next morning at the hotel the E-brake would not disengage.
The other hotel guests could not have been pleased with me running the air impact at 7 am to tear open the brakes on that side. Its not easy to take the rotor off when the E brake is engaged.....
The problem was actually in the cables, one was frozen inside the sleeve, I was able to disco it from that side E brake - with a heavy wire cutter.
hey lucy the only problem is the explorer discs are 5 on 4.5 which mine are 5 on 5.5 so that is my problem
