Outside of the bellhousing what are the differences in the Dodge NP435 vs Ford NP435?

Different tail shaft, and housing, and different gear ratios.
The Ford has the 6.69 1st gear, I dont remember the Dodge 1st gear ratio.

Same 1st gear. It is Chevy that has the different 1st gear like 5.something

I just moved into a new place and in the work shed there was an NP435 under the bench.
I have been trying to find out if it is for a Dodge or a Ford.
It looks like a 2 wheel one with a tailhousing and yoke, but there is no provision for a speedo in the housing. So I believe that it is for a 4x4 with a divorced t-case.
Are these worth anything?

GEAR RATIOS FOR 161 (One hundred sixty one) , LIGHT, MEDIUM, AND HEAVY DUTY MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS, current and past, mostly domestic , suitable or swapable for use in four wheel drives. Listed are factory 3 speed, 4 speed, 5 speed, and 6 speed transmissions from large automobile types on through 4 wheel drives and trucks up to 5 ton.
This list was assembled to aid you in finding out what transmission ratios are out there, and more importantly what you could swap into your 4X4.The lowest gear is to the left, moving up through the gears to reverse, on the right.
It has taken me some 35 years of sniffing around to compile this list. If you see any errors or omissions, give me a jingle. Don't e-mail me with, "it's 1.68:1 not 1.69:1". Almost all of these are rounded up or down to the nearest number.
According to Lloyd Novak, (who ought to know) the Warner T-18's were used in 14 different versions(!) in Jeeps over the years.

I had the first T5 in my 85 mustang,
blew 13 teeth from third gear countershaft with a racing clutch and 125 shot of NOS.
the other 2 are most likely 4 cylinder versions.
I have a Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords with a complete T5 chart, kinda pointless as they are all junk Volvo trannies
