1.5" per foot
but the trick is which tie rod end?
es2027l and es2026r the taper must be able to go deeper then the smaller es2010l and es2234r
I found a machine shop local to me (BREEZE INDUSTRIES (http://www.breezeindustries.com/)) that has the taper but unfortunately for me wont go deep enough for the ends I want to use.
also I had problems with the Moog tie rod ends having imperfections in the threads, they were not 7/8-18 as they should be. one thread out over 2"

I believe the 1/2 ton TRE's are 3/4 16 thread.
They go up in size on the 3/4 ton.

from what I have seen the 1/2 - 1 tons all use the same ends for the drag link 2026 and 2027, but there are variations on tie rod styles but I believe the taper and thread is the same, could be wrong. the 2010 and 2234 are popular as they come with jam nuts that you have to pay $7usd to add to the others. now i have to find where i saw those jam nuts for sale

Jam nuts should be available at either of the web sites I posted, above.
