FIRST TIME TO GET PULLED OVER IN THE CRUZAH......

WELL I WAS CRUZIN ON THE FREEWAY ABOUT 65MPH....AND I NOTICED A HIGHWAY PATROLE IN THE NEXT LANE OVER ABOUT FIVE CARS BACK......SO I GO ALONG SWERVIN DOWN THE ROAD.....38.5X14.5 SWAMPERS SEEM TO TRACK A LITTLE.......
WELL HE GETS BEHIND MY CRUZAH.....
WELL I HAVE 61" REAR 60 AND BIG ASS TIRES NO FLAPS OR FLARES...THE REAR TIRES STICK OUT ABOUT HALF THE TREAD....FROM THE REAR YOU CAN SEE THE WHOLE TIRE......
I ALSO HAVE NO TURN SIGNALS, NO FRONT FENDERS AND 63" WIDE 44 UP FRONT.....THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER.....

HE TURNS HIS LIGHT ON AND I GET OVER THREE LANES WITH NO BLINKERS....HE ASKES FOR THE NORMAL IMFO.......HE TELLS ME I NEED MUDFLAPS....I SAID HE REALLY LIKES MY TIRES........HE MENTIONED SOMETHING ABOUT FENDERS AND TOLD ME TO GET MUDFLAPS..................................

SO I GOT A TICKET FOR NO MUDFLAPS:rainbow: :rainbow: :mad3: :flipoff:

ON THE WAY HOME THE OTHER WAY ON THE FREEWAY I RUN OUT OF GAS ANOTHER TWO HOURS WAITING FOR GAS..I GUES I SHOULD GET A GUAGE
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY PICS OF HOW THEY FIXED THEIR FLAP PROBLEM

So the cops a fag because you knew you needed mudflaps:rolleyes: Yah mudflaps suck but my fullwidth yota needs em front and rear if I want to drive it on the street. You knew you needed em" so get over it:flipoff2:

only a matter of time, make some quick release ones. lil square tubing and teh next size down to slide in it and a hole for a pin and walla. take em off. get teh napa ones and hang em on there or get soem old convery belt material.

also i had a ? for you about your fused hubs dealio, if you daily drive that thing i wouldnt want my front dline spinning away ont eh freeway! jiMMy

You feel bad for that I got one first day I drove mine on big tires. With 300$ of flares.

I got pulled over two nights ago

I was comming from a friends ranch where i had been four wheeling to another frineds house. As i passed the community sports field two cops pull out and pull me over. I tohught i was getting a speeding ticket. After looking through my glove compartment i had no proof of insurance, proof of registration, a head light out and no font license plate.

Apparently someone had spun donuts on the field earlier and they thought it was me. I was not surprised but slightly pissed that someone could be that much of an asshole. I talked to the cops for half an hour before i convinced them i would never do that and i support tread lightly.

they let me off saying that they trust i have insurance and to get my light fixed.

ARE THE HUB FUSES CONSTANT .I THOUGHT THEY ARE JUST LIKE HUBS BUT THEY SAVE YOUR ISH A LITTLE..........I DO NOT WANT MY SHAFT SPINNING......THAT WOULD SUCK.........

I think he ment the law, that you need mudflaps, is gay. Not the cop.

yah the law sucks but no need to rag on the cop as it sounds like the cop gave him a break on the lack of turn signals and front fenders.

Damn, that sucks for u guys. Here in TX we get pulled over so the officer can see how cool our rigs are(at least where im at). Most of em like it. My 39.5" boggs are going to entirely stick out with 65.5"Dana 60/14bolt. Its not a DD though, so if it ever gets driven on the street its a nice day outside. Sorry for ya.

that sucks! I've had my share of "fix-it tickets" too... Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many fix it tickets you can get onone vehicle?

Here's a shot of the ones I had on my 43. Never got pulled over in the three years I drove it. Went down to Capitol rubber in Sacramento and asked for some scrap conveyer belt material. It comes in all sizes. They had a 8 ft length of 14 inch wide stuff that worked great for flaps. Nice and heavy so they don't sail and you can't tear em up. I measured about 2 feet each side, cut em and bolted that to a square metal bar, which then fit inside a bigger square that was welded to the frame. Pop in a pin and you're done. :D:D:D
