I wasjust told today a crew of FWD-FWD Jeeps are still going out to 360. I am very interested in wheeling out there again but not sure the details...like which law men are looking the other way when you come out of the trails marked..."No Tresspassing or Offroading""$1000 fine". I personally received a $500 ticket from Tarrant County Sherriff. I have been told it is the Grand Prairie Police that are relaxed on this issue.

Just to be clear... FWD-FWD (Fort Worth Dallas Four Wheel Drive Club) doesn't promote or condone any illegal wheeling... including the area know as "360".
that being said...
it's pretty much the same as it's always been... just alot smaller due to land developement around it. As far as enforcement of the area... that's always hit and miss and typically depends upon the level of illegal activities taking place out there such as stripping stolen vehicles, construction site vandalism, railroad crossing complaints etc. I know folks that go out there all the time without incident... but ultimately... it's your butt on the line...

FYI to rest your mind....he was not saying this was organized. He just mentioned that some of the Jeeps he hangs around took him out to 360 and he recently went 2 weeks ago with these guys. I was already of right mind to believe they acted on their own and took a "Chance".

I have heard stories of people getting fined or tickets no mater where you come out. It seems that is when most are getting caught. I was there 3 weeks ago I know that there are new "NO TRESSPASSING" signs on the south side where the warehouses are that say that "Violater will be prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law". I do know of one guy who was fined $500 and spent 10 days in jail, but knowing him he tried to run.
That said there are a few guys who have gotten permision to cross private property, so the cops would have to catch you in the trails. If you go you take a chance but it's getting harder and harder to get in and out.
