I have a 75 EB w/ a wristed arm. When the front is fully articulated, the front end is only being supported by that cute little spring retainer in the spring cup. Seems a little scary to me. Has anybody done a mod to this to beef it up? Pics? Links?

That's what mine does as well and it worries me to have that little piece of metal holding up my front end! I guess if it doesn't bend/brake it's good. Better for articulation.

Mine used to pop out constantly so I welded another little tab on the opposite side as the current one to hold it in.
