I have an industrial 5 ton torque hub axle, I think.. need some help identifying this thing. 8 lugs, three piece axle, round center section, square axle tubs, big hubs( told they where torque hubs) 6 to 1 ratio, u joint is in same center location as any axle would be. this is a none steer axle. It is not an old "found in the dirt axle" it is brand new, out of box, never used. need help with estimated worth. looks like something found on a monster truck. please let me know what you think.

Any #'s or tags on it? should have something being brand new.

You have a axle made by an German company "ZF". They make axles, trannys etc. Not sure what "ZF" stands for.

Sounds like something industrial. ZF makes alot of industrial axles, trannies, etc. The 87+ ford trucks use a zf trans. You may have planetary reduction final drives on it as well. Possibly a forklift axle?
