they had thought that it was torn miniscus in my right knee, turns out it was inflamed tissue that had NEW tissue growing out of it. yep, I had new tissue growth under my knecap inbetween the miniscus and all around the ACL and MCL.

Miniscus is the cup shaped thing that supports the top part of your knee and spreads the weight out on the bottom part of the knee.

Their are four ligaments in your knee.

ACL
PCL
MCL
LCL


ACL goes from the front of the lower knee to the back of the upper part of the knee.

PCL goes from the back of the lower knee to the front of the upper part of the knee.

MCL is on the inside of your knee. (They face each other.)

LCL is on the outside of your knee.

yep, miniscus is cartiladge (sp) inside your knee joint that acts as a shock absorber.


and to make shiat worse, they gave me 60 Vicaden. the vicaden did nothing for me. no pain relief, no tiredness, it did absolutely nothing. so here I am with 56 prescription pain pills that I got for free that I will never take because they don't do a damned thing for me.
