Is that line leading into your oil pan your turbo oil return line? If so, it looks a little low. It's supposed to be above the oil level or the oil can backup and cause the turbo to leak, or so I've read. I don't know if your 2.0 block has this fitting, but my 2.3 has a threaded fitting near the back of the block for the return line. You might check and see if you have one too. Did you ever get your flywheel problem solved? How close are you to getting it started?Oh and congrats again on the driveline. :flipoff2:

there is no oil return port on the 2.0L block, the guy that I bought the set-up from originally had a front sump pan with a bung scabbed onto it at about the same level.

Yes, I got a new flywheel, installed it and am going to set up a radiator and an out of vehicle starter board (voltage regulator, starter solinoid, switches and basic wiring on a board) and a boat gas can and do the break-in very soon:D like within the next few weeks at the latest.

Did he run it like that? If he didn't have any problems, then you shouldn't either, but if you have problems with the turbo leaking oil past the seals, check that return line before rebuilding the turbo. I wonder if you could drill and tap a fitting in the same place.

How long until you get it driveable? You're way ahead of me, I've still got to do a bunch of wiring, plumbing and fabricating before I can get mine started. Worse yet, I've got a bunch of stuff I need to do on my daily drivers before I can even think about working on the Jeep.

I like the 90-degree-pipe'd motor mount crossmember!

that is RAD! you could use it to hold extra oil...

jk..... You are a lucky guy winnin' that d-line!
