They WILL do this, if you don't think CAN'T or WON't.

Their reason, "don't park in the red and you won't get your windows broke"

being a fireman i can tell you first hand this DOES happen. we kind of enjoy it too:D people who dont understand the extreme importance of a hydryant have never needed one.
