Check out these covers and trusses

edited by camo.....................thats a no no. sorry it took me so long to see this one. no free ads. basic rule of thumb is we want to hear from your customers how cool your product is not from you. also to use your first post to pimp your junk is not cool. stick around and contribute some tech or answer questions. and when some body says ................hey i need a bla bla bla. then you can post your link.

Can your diff covers be used with shaved pigs?

What the hell he already posted ads on this post might as well do customer service too.

There's rocks in Misery?

As far as my first post, I had to reregister it would not let me post for some reason. It had been awhile since I posted last. The covers can be used with shaved pigs, you will have to grind the bottom flange to match. The covers come with a fill plug if required ie.. Dana 44 and 60. As far as drain plugs go I haven't charged for one yet. I don't put them without them being ordered. I have found some prefer them and some do not. The bearing preload bolts are a good option with someone with a lot of HP and or torque. Here is a link to a recent reviewreview (http://www.mudzer.rockcrawler.com/moo_review.htm) :usa:

Can't you just link directly to the catalog page :mad:

"Rock Bruiser" Differential covers
Our covers stand up to whatever the terrain can dish out. No skid plate necessary! Currently models available are GM Corporate 10, 12, and FF 14 bolt, and now we have added Dana 60 and Dana 44 front and rear covers to our catalog. All our covers are constructed of either 3/16'' or 1/4'' thick steel depending on application. All covers are precision cut using a computerized plasma cutter and are fully MIG welded. Each cover comes complete with a gasket and longer factory style flange bolts for easy installation.

Current pricing for the smaller covers are 158.00 and the larger covers are 174.00

A drain plug can be added to any cover for an additional 15.00

$174 for a diff cover :eek::eek::eek:
There are guys here who pick up entire axle assemblies for less than that :eek::flipoff2:

Have you ever priced an ORU aluminum cover or a Mag Hytec? There is a lot more labor involved in building a steel plate cover as opposed to pouring aluminum molds. It takes about 2-3 hours of shop labor to produce the covers. After material costs on top of that there is not a large profit margin. I am not trying to get rich just trying to provide products that will work and not have to be replaced.

I'm not questioning the quality of them, or the amount of work involved, but that is alot of bread for something like a diff guard.

Nice Chrome diff cover, NEWBIE! :flipoff2: Yeah, it's a thin POS diff cover that was way to expensive (hard to get good parts for American trucks here in Sweden). Thats why I made the guard.

At least it has the plug a little higher than my old, dented, cover....
