Out of drinking straws. Thought you guys might like this. Who needs CAD?
I used drinking straws with the flexible necks for the bends in the tube and different colors for different pieces of tube. I attached everything with a hot glue gun.
I actually built a full on race truck and then just a tube cab.

Looks good, and light.......... so what are you going to run for axles ? I'm thinkin some yotas with 20's would be cool.

I think it's a pretty useful low buck tool for fabbing up cages to see what you would change before bending any tube.

My buddys like to use 1/4" tubing for making their chassis.
Been meaning to make something like that out of 3/16" brake tubing, and sodder it all together.
I wonder if I can get some 1/8" heim joints :flipoff2:
