My friend and I are going to be putting a rollcage into his fiberglass bodied cj7 in the spring. We were wondering should we link it to the frame and if so, how would you do that without worrying about the fiberglass body cracking?

If you don't tie it into the frame, what's gonna hold the cage from collapsing on your head when it rolls?
Put a plate on the inside feet f the roll cage, and then put a palte of a bigger diameter underneath and tie it into the frame.
