Title sort of states what I'm looking for :)

I am trying to get the size/thread pitch of the bolts/nuts used on a Front Chevy Dana 60.

I'm in the process of rebuilding/refurbishing mine and want to run a tap and die through all the holes/studs to make sure they are good to go :)

I did a search on "dana thread" and got 130 results with no answers:D

Some of the items of interest are:
- lower bearing cap bolts
- upper kingpin cap bolts
- kingpin itself
- spindle studs (outer and inner would be nice)
- diff cover

Any input would be GREATLY appreciated.

The holes and studs on top of the knuckle are 1/2-20 thread. Not sure of the pitch.

1/2-20
- upper kingpin cap bolts
1/2-20
- kingpin itself
really big - so big it's be a rare tap to have, and not worth tapping imho

- spindle studs (outer and inner would be nice)

outer and inner?

the studs holding spindle to knuckle are 1/2-20 I think (or maybe 9/16-18)

- diff cover
3/8 NC (can't remember number)
