: 37" and/or 38" Tire Tubes?

Does anyone know where to get 37" and/or 38" tubes for tires? I have found tractor application that size but they use a larger valve and would require the rim to be drilled out.

I am looking for something that can be carried instead of a spare tire and uses a normal automotive valve. With beadlocked it's easy to unbolt the outer rig and insert a tube.

i use a 33' radial tube for my trail spare. it will inflate to a 38 no problem. i would not use it on a DD but will work great for a trail repair.

Chris,
I carry 36 x12.50 spares, and have used them on 38.50x14.50 SX's with no problems(to get back to the trailer, not on the freeway). Using the larger valves shouldnt be a problem, as long as they have stems that will fit in the holes when a tube is not being used. Its a good idea to have 2 valve stems anyway when using tubes, so that you can open the extra valve stem, on the rim and let air out as the tube expands.
The 36" I find can be ordered from any industrial tire outlet, and cost anywhere from $17 to $30 depending on the distributer.

Camo have you actually used it on a 38" tire?

And yes this will only be for trail use, just enough to get back to the trailer.

Chris, I'm not sure if he's tried it or not, but I don't see any reason a 33 foot tube shouldn't fill a 38" tire...:D
