Now that I am finally buying a vehicle big enough to pull my Jeep with, I'm starting to think about scoring a trailer. Only problem is storage. I will be buying a house in San Francisco very soon and I know that I can't park a trailer on the street. Anyone have any recommendations? How much does storage cost?

My recomendation is don't move to the city.
Move to the suburbs or better yet move out to a rural area right next to the suburbs.
You save money. you get neighbors that you get to know and they watch out for you and thay'll come over and help you out some times if your building something or doing yard work.
I live in antioch on a semi private road on a 1/4 acre lot in a 3 bedroom house. I pay $1,200 bucks a month. $1,200 buck gets you a one bedroom apartment in a crack house without parking in the city.
No one complains about me being to noisy. I can weld cut and grind any time I want. I can even ride my dirt bike around the house and the neighbors just wave and then come have a beer with me later.
And you get room to store a trailer.

I don't think he was asking where to buy a house. If he has enough money to buy a house here in SF, then he probably has enough brains decide where to live on his own. :flipoff2:
Put a post up on www.craigslist.org for some space. I'm sure there's probably some big ass industrial yard off of 3rd somewhere that'll rent ya some space... :massey:
