Hey everyone,

I just wanted to say that My rig is about ready to go into the paint shop being that we just finished mounting my new tires on my FRESHLY SO axles. Thanks Jeff, you did some AWSOME WORK. I do need to talk to you though so I PM'd you. Here is a picture of what I started with:

Here is what it looks like now that I have my 38.5" SX's mounted with my springs reversed and started to be stripped of paint:

I can't wait to get it painted, new cage, and new engine installed. One more month and it'll be on the road!!!

Yep.... that was a long drive <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> Good thing Fed Ex Ground only takes a week each way. Looks like I got a spring over in a box. For anyone else interested, Jeff's work is GREAT. My pinion angle are now perfect. I just can't wait to start it up for the very first time.

Looking sweet, Shane! Looks like you're going to have to trim some more metal off the rear wheel wells, I think the tires are going to hit the back as the springs compress and move backwards!
What color are you painting it??

Yeah, the fenders are going to be cut alot more, I just wanted to get everything installed before I took out the jig saw. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> As of right now, we are going to paint it silver like Hagatha. The color has held up pretty well and doesn't show scratches that much, Plus it will match the trailer <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
Speaking of the trailer. I need to send you some pictures of it. Sorry I haven't yet as that is an entirely different project.

Got my SM420 in Friday. Need to round up a few more parts. It goes in after I get the new springs in.

Never heard back from you on that 3-speed driveshaft - do you still need it? Let me know, as I'm heading out for vacation. Also, did Luis have any more lying around?

yes..jeff is da man! my cruiser is under the knife right now thanks to him. should be rollin out of the garage soon with about an soa's amount of lift. it'll be big for sure. i cant wait...soasoasoa. but then the great things that come with it...sm420 is ready to go in when i get it back. cage just needs to be welded in, and prob some p/s action. it will be nice...
