I talked to Rick tues. (20th) he said send him my sidekick t-case and money and in approx. three weeks it would come back ready to marry a toy t-case; unless I missunderstood:confused: ~~he said the reason for three week delay was the holidays

You guys are mixing a little terminology here.
Rick refers to a "Kicker" as a product of his that allows you to use a Sidekick/Tracker 4x4 transmission with the Hi/Low part of the t-case in front of a Samurai t-case. He modifies the Sidekick transfer case so that the front output is gone & there is a flange to bolt the stub shaft on to.

He is currently finishing up another product that is supposed to allow you to bolt a Toyota transfer case onto the back of a Sidekick/Tracker transfer case - like you stack 'Yota cases. What he calls this I'm not sure, but I think this product is what you guys are talking about.

oilburner what you say makes perfect sence, when I talked to Rick he refered to it as a 'kicker ,but told me that it would bolt to a toy t-case. I couldn't mesh that info with what's on their website, thus my confusion:confused: ~~~he told me $455 (same as 'kicker )

My kicker box to toy tcase will be done the around the first week of january.:flipoff2:
Rick said they'll lose a week due to holidays. From what hewas saying its going to save me around 6" of length not being divorced.:D now just got to get some money so I can run the toy to dana 300 behind it all :smokin:

I think the price is going to be abit more than $455 but don't know until I get the bill.

I thought I'd better reply and try to clear things up........

the standard Kicker adapter case ( as seen on our website) is $455.00 ....... this allows use of an output flange or slip yoke to an intermediate driveshaft , and a divorced suzuki t-case

The adapter which mates a Toyota minitruck transfer case to the kicker case is coming out shortly ( as Pook mentioned...) and it will be priced at $600 ( only $145 more...)
the Kicker to Toyota adapter is only 1.500" long and is a great addition to a truck with a toyota axle swap as it let's you use the stock clutch, transmission ( or automatic...) stock tranfercase ( partially) and adds the matching transfer case for the axles you are running.......

as far as the overall length is concerned
the stock 'Kick t-case is approx 14 3/4 " from the transmission to the center of the u-joint
the Toyota t-case is approx 12 1/2 " from the trans to the end of the flange
the OTT Kicker case is 8.750" long from the trans to the adapter

so ......8.750+1.500+12.500 = 22.750 from the trans to the driveshaft flange.....8 " longer than a stock Sidekick and 4.104:1 with stock gears....up to a possible ..........

well an aftermarket gearset in both cases could yield a 19.92:1 low range ratio  :D
