currently i have a 86 720 4x2KC, but i'm transplanting the body of mine onto the chasis of a 85 4x4....i want to know what is out there for the 720's?? i'm not going to be going nutz just playing around. i want to run 31's on it, but i've never 4wheeled a nissan before, so fill me in all the good bad and ugly things about the 4x4's....i've owned my 4x2 720 for a while now, but the motor went after 350,000kms, so i figure why not make it a 4x4....gimmy all your input

An option would be to get the Toy t-case adapter from Inchworm and put in either an Atlas case or go dual cases, follow it up with Toy axels front and rear, so you could have the solid axle, which have a big variety of cheap lockers and gears. This is the set-up I've been dreaming of, and I'm sure that it wouldn't be too hard to do, it just depends on how much time, money, and know-how you've got.
