A bunch of folks here run them. They ride and flex great but they can have wrap issues.

I never had any wrap issues. Of course I used more than 4 leafs to a pack also.

Try special order 6 pack YJ's. They work great.

I have a few questions about the relocation brackets for YJs in the rear. They move the spring mounting point 3" forward, and 1" down correct?
Is 3/16" steel beefy enough?
Also, when building 6 pack YJs from 5 and 4 packs, do you add leaves to the 5 pack or the 4 pack? Which leaves?

I had to go with 3" lifted YJs in the rear to make mine sit level. It's a tin top though.

It was the 1st config. I ran on my rig before the s/r, regardless off how many leaves you use you will have some wrap YJ springs are soft period. invest in a good trac-bar like what breeze offers and you will be set DO IT

 you could make either one of those a 6 pack:rolleyes: It depends on how many extra springs you have:flipoff2: I would go with a 5 pack and get a good add-a-leaf:D

As far as running YJ's in the rear there is only one person running them in the rear here on Guam (671ZUK) and from what I have seen they are a very soft and good flexing spring.....but as far as spring wrap goes we will have to see hoe long they will hold up;)

I ran a 4 pack YJ rear with the CSC kit and a Calmini SR SPOA on the front for a little while. The rear had huge flex but without a traction bar they wraped up pretty bad and were to soft. I mixed in some Pro Comp 2.5" lifted leafs to level it out and added a traction bar and it's sweet now. But if your going to go YJ rears I would suggest doing the front also. The stock zuk springs(front or rear) have nowhere near the flex, strenght, and smoothness of a YJ. After running some trails with the rear YJs only the front just couldn't keep up on the bigger rocks so they were tossed in favor of the front TT YJ kit. Buy the way I like the Pro Comp springs because they have a wrapped second leaf to strenghten the spring eye areas and where cheap to boot.
