Is a 64 Chevy on a mid 70s frame worth $500?(it has 38 swampers but doesn't have a motor)

I would have to look at the thing real close to see how well they did the body swap. You may be opening a can of worms that you don't want. If everything looks decent, I'd say go for it. If the tires are in decent shape, it is worth it for the tires and running gear alone.
