Im goin into the mountains with my truck and am running worn down 32bfg allterrains up front and 31studded snowtires in the back, is these different tire sizes goin to hurt my T-case?

I wouldn't worry about the t-case on snowy roads - not enough traction to cause a problem. What I would worry about is erratic handling due to the speed difference in front/rear wheels. Probably won't be too bad with that little size difference, but use a little extra caution anyway.

You should be fine. The worn 32's are probable very close to the studed 31's. I would just limit the time I have the t-case in 4 wheel. If the rears are studded, you shouldent need the 4 wheel on the snowy roads. Don't be a pussy!
