Damn, too many decisions. build up my toyota when I don't wheel much...or build up a norco freeride bike. Grrr. What sux the most is that I only have enough money for one. My bike friends urge me to build up a bike, my car friend urges me to build up a car. Too many tough decisions. I'm stuck between the ultimate 6 inch travel setup of my dreams, or the solid axle swap of my dreams. If only I had enough money for both. oh, by the way I'll be setting up a help ian get both things fund... e-mail me with your donations and I wont send you any of that useless crap that PBS gives. A hundred bux for a video on whales and a t-shirt. Get real.

I think your problem is that you're not a jeep owner.
SOLUTION: Sell both bike and yota and buy a blissful jeep!

How about selling your organs on Ebay or sperm to a sperm bank? That could fund both projects and offer less items on the human body to damage when you wipe out hard. Just a thought:flipoff2:

Hmmm, might be an idea. The only problem that I see is that the loss of organs would kinda kill me depending on what i decide to sell. A lung or a kidney is one thing, but what those hearts. Also donating to a sperm bank probably wouldn't give me too much of a profit so I'd have to be constantly there lookin at porn and donating my man juice. I might eventually turn a decent profit, but the amount of time spent there would take too much time out of my biking an or wheeling time, also a guys gotta sleep. The only true benefit of the sperm banks is the porn. MMMMM boobies.

You goofy punk. I'll kill your dh frame that you don't even have yet. I'll pee in your propane gas tank, remove your rear axle gears, and on top of that I'll weld spikes all ofer your cruiser just so that you can't fit into all those tight spaces. HAHAHAHA. And the Norco freeride bike that I'm planning on building smart guy is the Norco dh. Or maybe I'll build up a brodie dh, That'll show you how Canadian genius can overcome the inferior americans. And someday my 89 solid axle 4banger toyota with super flex and massive gear reduction will drive over your cruiser all day long. It'll eat your v-8 and crap out oil. Oh, by the way... since I know you like the fabricating soo much. Lets build me up a flatbed. I had an idea form in my brain and it'd be simple to do. Right on, well Mr. Hipocryte I must be goin. I got off work a few minutes ago and I need to look for another job

I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.

Just shut up. Or just take it to the Piss-n-Moan chat room. You're cluttering this section with your own whining and insults. Go away.

Where the hell did this Ian idiot come from.
Isn't this more of a general chit chat topic?
No bike tech in this thread and I would hardly say that he has mentioned any toyota tech either.
Go Away.

can any of you guys understand sarcasm? Complaine is one of my buddies and I'm just goofing around with him. I did the whole thing just to get him all pissed. I've read plenty of retarted comments from many people on here, I cartainly am one, but you two aren't really perfect yourselves. I'm sure that there was a time when you ddn't know much about anything yourselves. Keep in mind, I'm only 18 and you guys are probably all older than me, your knowledge at this point would be expected to exceed mine, with the exception of bikes. You might know trucks a whole lot better than me but I most likely know just as much about bikes as you do. Truth be told, I'm not complaining at all, I'm just pondering, you can even ask complaine about that if you so desire, so calm down there for a second. But since I'm just a dumb newbie to the two of you, maybe I can redeem my bad character with my future plans for bikes and toyotas. My bike plan is either a Balfa dh frame, a Brodie dh frame, or a Norco dh frame simply because they offer about 8-10 inches of decent travel in a frame thats more overbuilt than America has yet to produce. Slap on hayes 8 inch rotors with the dh discs. Shiver, mammoth double wides. Nokian Gazzaloddi 26/3.0 and a bunch of other funs tuff. My current ride is a 2000 rocky mountain pipeline which I plan to kill over the next year, then I'll build up my dh bike. My truck idea is as follows... SAS, 5 inch lift with Alcan springs, Marlin crawler, dual Arb's 5.29's in the axles. 33 inch whatevers rock guards similar to allpro and some sort of new tucked in bumper contraption. If my luck gets good I might try and make a flatbed. Sorry for bein some sort of a retarted ass, but as you can see I do have a pretty good knowledge of my bikes. Not so much with trucks yet, but hey that'll hopefully change. Maybe you should encourage people instead of bash them, or at least know when someone is goofing around. I mean no disrespect to you, but sometimes people on these message boards take their stuff too seriously. I try to not be one of those people, unless it's about a technical question, in that case I take your advice very seriously. Peace out.

You made it quite clear you were only 18 in your first post. Actually, I guessed 17. Yes we all goof around on the net, but keep in mind that others read what you write. What sounds funny to you speaking to a friend does not paint a good picture of you to casual readers. That's the rules of the 'net.
Now.... I know very little about big travel suspension bikes, but I've lived and breathed bikes for over 20 years. Raced, wrenched, sold, toured and managed one of the biggest chains of shops in the country. Yes, I know bicycles. And from more than what I can read in a magazine or pick up off the 'net. Trucks are what's new to me - only been playing with a 4x4 for about 6 years. (not that that matters on the Mtb forum.)
So if you have things to add, do so. If you have questions, ask away. If you want to hook up for a ride, post. But if you want to trade the most creative (and printable) insults you can think of with a buddy take it to private chat.
