I got an ARB in my cruiser rear axle with 4.10's - is that the carrier break or can I go lower?

4.88's

I think the 5.29's will work. The 4.88 will recuire some gear grinding, but nothing too scary.

No such thing as a carrier break in LC axles.
You can run gears as low as 5.29's. available
from West Coast Diff. Dana axles have the carrier breaks (3.73 down, 4.10 up for D44;
4.10 down, 4.56 up for D60) <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

you have to grind a lot more on the 5.29's then you do on teh 4.88's i went to do this over summer and gearmean wouldnt even do it for me, the 5.29's are made for a full float axel. jiMMy
