A friend of mine is wanting to run two sami t-cases in his sami. Ya'll think it will fit? another thing...a week or two ago I came accross a thread where someone talked about a guy named "Tim" or something, sells samurai stuff. I want to buy some perches from there but can't find the thread or the damn website!

try searching a little harder (if you haven't yet) for the twin t-case thing, I know it has been talked about a few times before and some pics of a couple guys set-ups were posted. Sorry, I can't remember who it was that did it.....

Do a search for "dual t-case" or "dual t case" under the user name of Rockrat

Did a search, checked it out. Looks like twin toy cases is the way to go. How tough are toy transmissions, and how much $$$ will it be to run a toy tranny and dual cases though?

I paid
$400 for the 1.6 adapter
Traded for the 1.6 Bell housing
$100 for flywheel
$50 used starter
@$125 for the clutch set
$400 for dual case adapter
$700 for the 4.7 gear
$150 for the Toy tranny
$150 for 2 toy cases
$20 for 2 used toy t-case mounts
made the 2 new drive shafts, new cross member and the spring perches to reset the rear pinion angle.
money well spent, I think it took 6 monthes to do it.
