Alot. If you are trying to fit a 15" wheel get the wheel, unmounted, and grind/test fit /grind test fit until it turns w/o rubbing.

Don't get one w/ too deep of backspacing tho.

I have, it was really no big deal. Do some searching. Even with 1/4" grinded off, mine is still way thincker than a D44 caliper

i have 3.75 b.s. on a 79dodge 60 and i ground all thats in the pic above . it took 35 min per side.. i just ground the depth of my wheel(1/8th) and a little more on the ends of the bracket and key. it is real easy if you go side to side and keep a line going to see your depth, i killed three or four cutting wheels,(they are the thin ones) but it went through like butta.

Ditto. The grinding seemed to take forever. No rubbage though.;)

i ran 3.5" BS rims on my ground down 60 calipers. looked about like the ones pictured. this year i needed a brake job so instead of replaceing them i bought a pair of 3/4 ton caliper brackets for a front dana60 from sam's offroad. they bolt right on and then you use a 3/4ton rotor and caliper. no grinding needed and it shaved 30lbs of my front end.
