So there I was doin my thing in downtown denver with one of my friends thats back for a while from cali... havin a grand ol time. well then around 2am as we're headed to my and talkin to 2 chicas... I notice something... where the fawk are my light covers??? Some low life stole my damn daylighter covers! :mad: It's not exactly some big expensive thing that ruins my life... but damn... who the fawk steals light covers??? Theyre a whopping 7 bucks for christ sake! Guess ya just cant get all now days... bastards! :mad3:

dude light covers, come on you should of been there tell 4am you would of had you car jacked! almost happen to me like 4 or 5 dudes came up when I was driving and tryed to jack my truck.

Parking your car downtown anywhere if it has anything that can be removed easily is asking for them to be taken. Last summer we were in Seattle down on the wharf for a couple hours, came back and one of the lug nut covers on the aluminum wheels on the Taurus was missing. $50 fricking item. :mad:

If nothing else you could duct tape a frisbee onto the light with a kitchen sponge between the light and the frisbee. Or wad up a towel and duct tape that to the light. (Old desert racing tricks.)

I caught somebody trying to steal a 14bolt FF out of the back of my pickup, by themself. I just walked up, casually unlocked the door, put in the groceries i had bought, and offered him a hand. He stared blankly for a second, then just took off running. Im still trying to figure out what he was going to do with it if he could have gotten it out of the truck. I dont think he realized how heavy they are.
