I just picked up a lock right for my '85 S-Jimmy. Does anyone have or know of detailed installation info? I remember the now defunct s10-4x4 site had a great write-up and was hoping someone downloaded it or had it. From what I remember, there was a clip that was a pain in the ass (and that I should have one before I start because it's probably broken), but I don't know what one it is. If anyone could elaborate or offer any tips, that would be great. Thanks!

I'm not sure what clip your talking about. Never put a lockright in and s10 axle being that i'm not running stock running gear. But you might want to look into www.s10-4x4.org that's where most of the s10 guys are now.... and especially the more knowledgable ones. Also just a good sight in general for anyone interested in 4x4 S-10's

Just kidding. I haven't recieved the locker or the instructions yet...I just remember reading a writeup saying there was one part that was a pain in the ass, and it wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Thanks for the responses though.
