How do I take the damn rotor off. So far I took out the two caliper bolts out and half of that came off. Do I have to take the knuckle off?

If we're talking a front d60, you have to take the manual hub off. To do that, take off the face, then the small c-clip on the tip of the axle shaft, then the large ring on the inside of the hub. Then you have to take off the pinion lock nuts. To do that, you need a special hub socket from a parts store. First you take off one, then there's a spindle washer, then another lock nut. After that, you pull of the entire hub/rotor assembly as one. The outer wheel bearing will fall out as you do this. Keep it clean so you can use it again.
