I am about to finish up mounting my coils and links on the rear, but I dont have my CV shaft yet, so I dont know the exact angle I should point my pinion to. Was wondering if any of you guys that have put the Cv drive lines in on your rigs would know how much more you had to point the pinion up? My drive line is only 26 1\2 inches long, so I need to be pretty exact when I weld on the coil buckets and that is why I need to know how much more you guys turned up the pinion. One more question, how much longer is the cv joint opposed to a normal u-joint set up? HELP ME:confused:

THanks JImmy! I knew I should point it at the T-case flange, but I need to know is it more important to have it a little below or above the flange? thanks

In Jess's defense he is the same as the local guy I used to use here in Ft Worth.

All the garbage that guy did for me had to be redone at MY expense.

Any mod or adjustment or just "Oops" Jess will make it right all in that inital price.

so should I point the pinion angle directly at the t-case flange or a little below?

i just took the rear axle out of a friends jeep, when they did a spring over on a 94 yj, they pointed the pinion directly at the t-case, but she made a trip from college station, tx to clayton, ok, i think its about 6 hours, she melted the front bearing and ruined the pinion, it was because it wasn't gettin any oil, so my question is how far up past stock can u point a diff before the pinion bearings don't get oiled correctly?
