Does anyone know where I could find a website that gives specs/compares mud tires? Specifications such as weight, actual outside diameter, actual tread width, etc?

depends on what tire you want the specs on......... go to that tire company's web site, like super swamper(interco) gives the spec of their tires at full PSI...... and bfg. should have the specs too..... any tire should have the specs on their tire on the web site......
