It can be caused by all manner of things - my last dose was due to bending the trackbar and having the axle sticking out 2" too far on the drivers side. I also had too much toe after we tried to get it driveable (after bending the trackbar). Did you get an alignment after the lift ? If not set it to zero toe with around 5* of +VE caster and see if that cures it. DS ZUK 12-24-2001, 04:29 AM lower bolt on trackbar loose and/or the shimmy shock is missing.
