The drivers side looks like it is cut at both the front and back of the wheel opening. Is that right, or just the angle of the picture?

no it has been cut. Not much but it has a little taken off the front and the rear. If you want them ill give you a hell of a deal on them. I just need the room.

How straight and rust free is the one that hasn't been cut? Is it "bolt on & paint" or will it need some work?

Eric it will need some work. Probably not what you would want for a show truck or anything but would help on a beat up truck
