AM jsut about ready to finish this project, found a few parts I don't think belonged in this truck.
Any ideas?
It's a 74 FJ40 factory soft top.

When this truck got to me, there was only the block & head under hood, nothing on engine, or firewall, or fenderwells, and no parts with the truck to re-install

What's up with these, all 4 seat belts that I took off the donor truck, (front and jump seats) have the chrome ends sewn on.....

Nope, this truck had the cable actuated linkage, top mounted, you cant see but it has a square end tapped for ascrew like a door handle would go onto.
So these seat belt looking brackets, what do they fasten onto

Butch, they fasten to a large bolt that goes into the tub/top rail behind the door jamb. there is a specfic bolt that has a large hex head(19mm?), with a slightly smaller diameter short round shank and even smaller(8mm?) thread.

I dont think any of the other stuff is land cruiser...

Butch, that flat plate in the first 2 pics is the front bumper to frame attachment?

edit: maybe not. Looks kinda like it, but upon further inspection it's not quite the same.

The linkages for the ambulance doors look like they are made from wire hangers, nothing as big as the stuff in Butch's pic.
