Am I close Nolen?</STRONG> It took about 2 hours to do all 4. That included only 1 BIG cigar, 8 trick or treaters, 2 blade changes, and jacking up the truck twice to spin the tires. Giddy up! It took me about 1 1/2 hrs. to do all 5 of mine. They were off the truck, so it was really easy to do once I got the hang of it. You can also sipe the inner treads with one of the old broken blades.
