I went to harbor frieght to get a magnetic base for a dial indicator. they had to under the counter. $12 and a $17 dollar model. I took the $12 dollar one. They were almost exactly the same. looked around the store and then went to the checkout. The clerk takes the mag base and sets it in the floor behind the counter. tells me other model is on sale. I ask how much. clerk sez $17 dollars. WTF I want the $12 dollar model. The clerk then sez to me. The other one is on sale. I say so is the other one. it is still less money. I want to buy that one.
