I have a new to me 1996 XJ High Output I6 aw4. Is it common
for the bellhouseing to crack? The crack goes from between
the starter bolts, out 2'' then up and over to the CPS mounting hole.Hopefuly JB Weld will fix this and stop the virbation.

I picked up a used bellhouseing from a 88XJ aw4,7hrs later,
went for test run. No Vibs!

Good Idea w/ the used bellhousing. JB weld would not of held the cracked one together. Glad it worked out. Post up the pics please.
