Glue and instructions extra!;) Spector charges for everything!
If it's a one piece felt type headliner, you can probaby glue it in with 3M's headliner adhesive. Its in a spray can, I think the last time I bought the stuff it was at Pep Boys, around $6 a can. Take your time, cause once that stuff sticks it's not coming off. :skull:

Use the 3M aerosol adhesive - Home Depot.

Best to do with the top off the truck, flipped upside down in the grass.

Dry fit the headliner, then fold it in half leaving the other half dry fitted in place. Glue in one unfolded half with the headliner folded onto itself, then do the other half. Work from the inside out working out the wrinkles as you go.

I just did mine with a Wool Navaho blanket, looks cool.

Before you do this, brush the seam for the windshield bracket with 3M seam sealer and make sure the rivits are tight.

my wife paid $140 bucks for this headliner and I was thinking about just returning it and getting something else you know? WRONG you said it's a nightmare? maybe I can just have an upholstery shop make me one for the same price and have them put it in.

Donald have I got a headliner for you !
It's a brand new original toyota oem part and it installs easy but the only problem is that it is attached to the also brand new in the factory shipping crate fiberglass roof panel :D :D
I wonder how many of these exist in the country as the dealer says no longer available and it retailed over $2000 . :barf:
Any takers

Dude,

It is easy. I have done it several times. James Asti at 4x4connection showed me how to do it a long time ago. Email me directly if you need more info about how to do it. john.stumbaugh@itt.com
