Maybe misinformed isnt the correct wording.......I saw a set of new hubs on ebay and the guy listed them for all year chevys.....
So i assumed they are interal?
he replys and says they are for external lockouts....
Fullsize.......Ok so just need INTERNAL hubs.Gotcha;)

Is this the Dodge 60 front end with the Selectro hubs that have 8 bolts like the rear axles?
If so I do not believe MileMarker makes the Selectro 35 spline hub for this.

Yes its from a 1985 D600......
It has Warn Premium lockouts.....
I know that noone makes lockouts for 35 splin stubs in my particular year axle....
Thats why i wanted to know what to do in oredr to use the 35 spline stubs.
Looks like i need to use a internal locking hub....Correct?

Warn #62672 is what you need.
You could always have your lockouts broached to fit 35 spline shaft.

Am I missing something or am I completely stupid (don't answer that Tom!), but it makes sense to me that you could not mount an internal-mount lockout on a hub with the external bolts for a external-mount lockout??? What holds the internal-mount lockout in place in that setup?????
Am I having brain-lapse or something?

I mean, if I'm remembering correctly, don't your hubs look like those on your D70F???
???

Unless I don't know something aftermarket, those are external lockouts...you can't put internal lockouts on your wheel hub...you would need to change hubs.
If you can have the pieces made, that might be the way to go.

Steved.........Didnt he mean to have my lockouts broached to 35 spline instead of 30 ?

Yeah, same thing as what I mean, have the pieces made.

Called dynatrack today and they said no problem on broaching the 30 spline to 35.
They will fully inspect and only do if the lockouts are perfect. He didnt mention any strength loss !
So looks like 150.00 for the broach, vs 600.00 for new hubs and internal lockouts.......:flipoff2:
